Well I am still waiting for this and the theory behind it is quite good. We are early in this game and that is a good thing.  For those who cannot or do not want to promote there is a system in place to buy referrals.  You only need two to be in profit with JustBeenPaid.

You can also join for free and wait for members to be placed under you.  There is a feeder system and quite a few are joining.  I have over 1000 downline members in the feeder who may upgrade over time. These will be made available to other members as I understand it.

The entry point for JBP is very reasonable. I would not worry too much about the mechanics.  Join and get in the game.

Bloody day in the markets, POG, price of gold got clobbered today down $46.  It is hanging around the “support” limit.  There is a great deal of concern.  The stock markets have been going up yet there is plenty to be concerned about especially the debt load in countries such as the USA and others like Greece. There are others.  The jobless market continues to grow and it is much worse then is reported as many people give up and get dropped from the statistics.

There is not much we can do but try to get rid of as much debt as possible and hold onto that job, if you have one that is.  People are going in to business for themselves.  Perhaps more risk in that but you do have some control over that as opposed to working for someone.  Of course that option is not for everyone. There are also training programs available to retrain people with new skills to obtain a different job.  Some jobs will never return.  That is not being negative.  That is just a fact.

When reviewing the JustBeenPaid you may see the reference to using the program for creating income, having no boss, perfect if you are out of work, etc.  Well I think I would more see it as a work at home program perhaps and as supplementary income if you do some promoting or buying of referrals.  As in any program, no one can guarantee you success.  Still you can take some steps to make that happen and you should if you believe you can.  If you believe you cannot then that is likely what will happen.  I believe it is important to keep optimistic use perseverance and determination.  Like the sun bursting through the clouds.

I will also want to revise some of the pages and content on this site as I want to put some valuable FREE things on it. Well more of them.  Just have to think more about that, most are listed under ad resources above which is not quite the heading I would like.

One such free program that is well worth looking in to and could possibly be costing you some slowness on your computer or freezing it up because there is too much useless stuff or crap that is not being used.  This program I am thinking of is called CCleaner.  It used to be crap cleaner but they changed the name to make it more attractive.  I had an older computer that I likely could have kept using instead of upgrading had I known about it at the time.

I just pulled it from storage and downloaded CCleaner and set that to work on it.  I could not even defrag the hard drive as it was full.  After using CCleaner on it, it now has 70% free space.  That is massive going from about 1% free space to 70% free space.  So if you do not use that, I strongly suggest giving it a whirl.

When you go to the CCleaner site to download, I also suggest you try the slim version which you will find by scrolling down to “other builds”.  Otherwise you download a toolbar which is not needed, IMO.  Unless you want another toolbar!  I am not an expert on these things but this has been a great tool as I carry it on my main computer for at least a year possibly longer. It is easy to use, it works exceptionally well and the big bonus is that it is free.

Good news from ICF World Homes. They now have a forum in place and I suggest all ICF members register and participate in the forum.  There is also a link at the top of this blog BeMortageFree. They also announced that the debit cards can be activated now and this is important in order to receive your Gain Share and GPT.

Just caught an update over at BBC, Birthday Bonus Club and they are up for sale.  It has been clear for awhile that the owner had lost interest in the site.  Lots of members but many not coughing up when birthdays rolled around.  Unfortunately as this had great promise.  They plan to sell shares in BBC and convert it into a social media site.  Well not sure how that will go.

They are using several sources to determine the value of BBC.  One is Cubestat and the other is WebsiteOutlook. Prices seem inflated and not sure how this can be determined like that but interesting to put your website into their computations, for fun anyway.

As for the social media sites, I lean towards Me2Everyone and SQIP. Both of these are still giving away free shares (PEPS) Me2E is retaining the 5000 share giveaway for recruited members plus 2000 for the members who sign up.  So that is a good deal.  They are also offering other incentives for members who want to be active.

SQIP is giving away 100 Free PEPS valued at 1.19 Euros currently and it goes up weekly.

I just got 10,000 bonus shares from Me2everyone for my contribution in the 10M share race!   That is cool.  Also great news coming out from Me2E with lots of opportunities to build a business and income.

Both Me2E and SQIP have designs on increasing value and they both are free to join and actually give you free shares besides.  I like that.

SQIP is now valued at 1.13 Euros.  That continues to increase weekly.  Great!

I just got word that ICF World Homes gain share should be paid today or tomorrow. I mentioned previously I had cut back on many of these type of programs and I have for the past couple of years.  The deeper question is more philosophical for me and I would say it is for others even if they do not know it or admit it.  Do you want to continue to play the games that can be questionable or the people behind them?  Are they bored with the crap they are promoting or find it it not in congruence with who they really are at a core level?  Are they bored with themselves, life and what they are doing or not doing.   Hey it happens to all of us.   So this is not a judgment and opportunities always exist perhaps not exactly in the same things as in the past.

I will report on what is working for me and usually only that.  I do not believe in crying scam when something does not work out.  It is a waste of time and a waste of energy.  It pays to have some healthy skepticism and that applies to people and programs.

One of the things I cut back on, well almost completely is on surf programs.  Just too many bit the dust quickly and the same for hyips. Still there is always the odd ones that survive and thrive like Ad-Ventures4u.  But I was too bored or turned off to play it even though I put in a few bucks. It has continued to grow.  The money is still there and grown 5 times.  Still, do I recommend it?  No but these things can work well if you play them right.

I have made some funds in PyraBang also.  Is is worth it?  Perhaps but go and check it out for yourself.

Others giving away free shares or PEPs are Me2Everyone and SQIP. Are they worth it?  Perhaps but you can hardly go wrong picking up the free shares can you? 

SQIP announced the end of the free shares May 24, 2009 so get in now. They will still have a good program afterwards.   SQIP free shares are now worth 58 Euros so why pass that up.  The prices goes up weekly.

There are a few other programs mentioned before that are still going. So look up some of the previous posts.  I will update them again one day and yes there are more that have worked for me.

The last one I will mention today is ICF World Homes.  That continues to pay and I am very pleased I joined it.  The announced a new master card, really a debit card to pay folks, especially the internationals.   That is a positive step to getting paid worldwide.

If you get real lucky you can end up like this clown and his hummer.  Or is it his hummer?  Hmmmm-er-eh?

I posted some news to Alerts list and to the yahoo groups.  It concerned a old, and I mean really old in today’s mac attack scheme of things,program.  The program was AVIC or A.V.I.C and the possibility of refunds.  We shall see. I’ve heard that before.  So I guess there is some life left, or hope perhaps.

ICF World Homes came through with some gain share I mentioned earlier and reports of many getting paid both Canadian and international members on time this month so it looks like they are certainly improving that.  It has been one of their stated goals for some time now. So now I have a feeling I should redo that web site bringing it current as there had been many changes back awhile.

Actually, the gain share has been increasing as they said it would with the new fees instituted earlier this year. The main site has been updated and has lots of information, FAQ etc.  Please check that out if you have not done so and get back to me with any questions you may have.

ICF is really paying off for me and an easy way to getting your payments paid for you for a small amount down and building towards your dream home or cashing in when the time is right.

I am still quite busy offline and have not had much time to review many programs of late.  Many that I do see I do not like anyway. Too much of the same old.

Nice win by the Canucks last night.  Gotta luv ‘em!    It is all about hockey pucks if you don’t know.

In the last post there is a photo of someone sitting on a park bench looking at the ocean, the Olympic mountains on the US side, Washington State, and the hills from Canada that seem to converge with them.  And of course, the peaceful scene includes a sailboat.  It was a gorgeous day in Victoria, BC.

I am waiting for some gain share from ICF World Homes which is to come with the next run this coming week.  It got delayed until a few matters were cleared up.  Should be close to $1000 and then more for March’s gain share.  So that is going very well.  One of the issues was the web site I had put up and it needed updating, as I mentioned both here and to them a number of times.  But they said it was fine.  I will have to update it and I left the space above to do that.  (bemortgagefree)

This is a real product based program that leads to the building of your own, dream home.  Payments get paid as long as 32 sales continue at the level you come in at.  You can join at the foundation level and move up.  I did that but for me the Emerald level was the best bet as I do not have to make any payments and it builds up each month.  So not having a mortgage to pay is something I like.  Plus it is green.  Today that is important.

Checking in this morning.  Strange things happening.  It was a long night, some kind of bug, cold flu etc.  Seems like a lot of people getting this of late, hacking and sneezing etc all over everyone.  Yes, a few hairs or airs of negativity around and abound lately but this too shall pass.

Iblog and Winning Notes Blog has not come back yet although it seems like it wants to.  Not sure what those folks over there are doing.  They don’t seem to be too credible or concerned for their bloggers.  That is one big reason I suggest setting up your own hosted site like this one.

Woke up to this, this morning.  Hmmm.   Not supposed to be this especially at this time of the year.  Freaky weather.

I got word last night and early this morning that the head honchos, Larry Telford and Sharon Black, of ICF World Homes are on the island today, Vancouver Island that is.  Too bad they did not give advance notice of this. I know they have been in Vancouver a number of times so it is nice to see that they are coming over here.

I mentioned this once or twice, Header Links can get you some free exposure for your sites.  You can put as many ads in there as you want and they do get shown on their network when anyone uses their links to promote.

About the programs designed for the long term, well most say that and most will not be around for the long term and some do not last long at all.  This is similar to startup businesses in the real world.  Way too deep a subject to discuss here.

I am hopeful that both SQIP and Me2Everyone , both are still offering Free shares, are going to be around a very long time from what I can see. They both seem to have well designed plans for the future and I am interested in seeing both succeed and how they will evolve over time.  I have placed some funds in them both, as well.

Yes, they can be considered to be a high risk high reward possibility. As we know nothing in life is guaranteed still we must have hope and pick out the things that have the most promise for success.  It is also a personal choice.  Sometimes this comes in the form of intuition, which usually, if not always is right.  It is not always easy to determine if that is the case but I have had some successes in using my intuition.

I am going into this a bit more than I intended but since it came out like this I will just accept that it is supposed to flow like that.

I had presented ICF World Homes in this blog before.

Now for $1 when you have made $50, you have 5 entries in the $1 Feeder and 4 entries in the $5.  Each time you make $6 on each entry you get a reentry back into the $1 Feeder and 4 entries in the $5 Feeder.  Each one of the entries in the $1 Feeder will give you $1858 when it is full and each entry in the $5 feeder will give you $2296.

As you can see by the chart above, what was previously referred to as the monthly product purchase is now called a monthly down payment.  As such, taxes are not collected.  Therefore, ICF will be issuing cheques sent directly to members over the next month or two to refund taxes previously collected in 2007 and 2008.  (This would apply to Canadian members as no taxes were paid for members outside Canada.) Please make sure your address is correct in your Back Office.

3) UPGRADING or PURCHASING ANOTHER ICF PREPAID HOME MODEL

Prices to purchase a new ICF Prepaid Home Model are going up in February.

Foundation Plans will go from $299 to $649 .  That’s more than double! (Save  $350.00 now by buying one in January)

Emeralds will move from $1195.00 to $1695.00 (Save $500 now by buying one in January)

Garnets will move from $1695.00 to $2695.00  (Save $1,000 now by buying one in January)

Now is the time to upgrade! If you currently have an Emerald plan, the cost to upgrade to a Garnet (which now has all monthly down payments covered) in January will be $500.00.  If you wait until February, the cost will be $1,000.00. Save $500 now by upgrading.

It has come to my attention that there was indeed a glitch in the payout.  Some people did get paid less than expected.  It is hoped that another payout (if needed) will be paid out sometime next week.

If you haven’t done so,  please upgrade as January 31st will be the last day on the old pricing.  It will go up substantially.  Get your group to upgrade as well.  It would be a great idea for all your BB (Building Block, Foundation Level Members) people to upgrade to Emerald so to take advantage of getting paid out more.  Now is the time.  Get them to upgrade and then they can send in their money next week.   Many are upgrading to Garnet.
