Phone meeting with the founder:
In short: Yesterday I had a one hour phone meeting with the owner of MMT, Derek Hamilton, where I asked ton of questions. Heck, no more bad management, or owners who don´t understand how important it is to hire the right directors, managers and staff etc. etc.. And here I met a very, very charismatic person. And I will tell you leaders much, much more about him.
In short I can reveal that he is one of the best programmers in the world, he has fantastic management skills from the investment company as he also own, he is 100% down to earth, very humble. Has been on the Internet from day 1, has always been a totally “computer freak”. He told that he always worked 20 hours per day, right now 10 of the best programmers included himself they work around the clock to be ready with the the system. MMT could launch now if they would, he told, but he also told that he was perfectionist and better launched MMT with a few days delay.
The office is in Silicon Valley. After the call he gave me all his contact info so I could contact him 24/7 if I need to.
This time, folks, we have found a fantastic founder and owner, so friendly, and we will be treated awesome. I asked that if all of us could have a call with him and he said: “Yes, always!! But best when you give me 2 days notice!!” Are you ready for a call with our founder and owner??

1) The site should be live by April 1 or sooner. Derek rather tell us realistic time then promise sooner. We may get site sooner but realistically I am still adding 2 weeks on from his estimate of April 1. When the site is ready the leaders will be given site in order of sponsorship. Randy Crosby, Kevin Alexander, Michael Mcgranahan, Eric Mortensen etc. We all have a huge advantage being at the top of the company.
2) There are about ten full time employees of MMT setting up the website and doing all the IT work. One of them was on loan from Oracle.
3) Derek plans to have about 100 employees by end of year and offices in USA as well as Europe and Asia.

5) MMT will be much more cutting edge site then either Facebook or Myspace and have many more functions because of this technology
6) MMT will be doing original programming for tv and videos which will pay a much higher advertising fee from the advertisers.
7) MMT will also be doing retailing of product for music ,books ,etc and will be in effect like a
Amazon.com and members will be sharing in this revenue.
MMT has the capacity right now to have about 3 million members on site each hour. MMT uses Amazon storage space which gives them unlimited storage space on the site. They also have huge server capacity that assures they will be able to handle any huge growth.
9) MMT realizes international team business will be huge part of company. They will be working with many payment gateways to insure seamless process of oining the website as well as paying international members.
10) MMT anticipates about 500.000 musicians being on the site the first 18 months in business as well as 100-180 million free members
11) MMT ultimate goal is to be a universal site which people can empower themselves and others by sharing information and being able to get whatever they need at this site since we will have almost every product and service available from every business in the world.
