Ok, for all you bloomers out there, dollarblooms variety, I will post and update which shows a few changes.

I have been paid twice now by dollarblooms.

Some may not like it but I see the changes as being good for the program.  Anything that will extend the life of a program and still make it profitable for the membership is a good thing.

Happy Monday from Mellisa. Hope, you are all planning well for this week because every Monday I do that and I believe everyone will do the same.
As part of continuous improvement in Dollarblooms we never failed to satisfy our members. Customer satisfaction & Continuous Improvement is a key to success for every program.

Zarkovic told me that, our members are unhappy with the referral commission decision. I identified that reason, it’s because our members are started comparing us to other programs. Though dollarBlooms offering 2% a day for 200 straight days which is unique that any other programs and No-cash out rules is an additional advantage in DollarBlooms

I took this as an opportunity to implement somethings which can help both members as well as management. I have done two changes now in DollarBlooms. com

Referral Commission:
From now onwards 15% referral commission will be spread across to their respective uplines. You will get referral commission if your downline bought shares from their cash-balance, Re-purchase balance & direct purchase from payment processors

Cash-out rules:
Our cash-out rules are changed now, you can see our updated banners in promotional tools, already Donna has removed that word “No-cashout rules” from our banners. To manage the cash flow and also to deliver good profits to all members, from now on 20% of your withdraw will undergo re-purchase balance.

It means you can withdraw 80% of your earning
Changes done in the script effectively from now.

New Contests:
Referral contest results will be announced by tomorrow and we will announce our new contest along with results, The new contest will give more energy to you all, because I decided to conduct 4 contests from 23rd January to 2nd February.

Those contests are referral contest, Facebook contest, you-tube contest & banner contest. These information will be circulate in our next newsletter
