The two main things for you to do are:

The Product

You will be purchasing building blocks for a completed home package which when you have enough blocks will enable you to have a home built of your choice.  In addition you will take part in deciding the plan, the design of your home with many options.

The plans include the 10,000 square ft Mansion Home Plan. The starter home plan is the Emerald Home Plan.

There are 4 Levels At Which You Can Participate in ICF

The most popular options is the fully featured Independent Contractor level which provides you with the most benefits, by far.  

The second  option is the Customer Level if you just want to have the house built. There is nothing wrong with that. However I strongly suggest you participate  at the Independent Contractor level. So that later on when you see how well this is working for you that you will tell others who will  want to participate in your success and become part of your winning team..
