Things continue to percolate along with ZeekRewards on a number of fronts.

My ZeekRewards business continues to grow as more people join and get to know and understand the business plan and model.  Once the growth kicks in they really start to understand how powerful it can be.

Each person joining has as good a chance of succeeding as anyone else.

Compliance

Compliance Certification Course

Affiliates will be taking a mandatory comprehensive compliance training course. 

This course is led by top MLM Attorney, Kevin Grimes. 

This is a good step, IMO.  I will be taking this as soon as it becomes available. More on this later on.

This is not sexy stuff but it is good housekeeping to ensure that everyone is up on all the regulatory information and this bodes well for the future of this business.

Sites, videos and such that do not conform to the compliant rules are to be taken down.  “Calling All Zeek Friends & Family!!  Zeek needs your help!”

See the latest News Here.  If you see anything that does not look compliant here on this blog, please let me know. I have gone over most of the information and made changes if needed.

For sure compliance is necessary and I support that 100%.  Building this business in a responsible manner is crucial.

Since this business is internet related it is important that we have some latitude in presenting it as long as it complies.

As we have seen not everyone has been doing that. I have noticed a number of videos no longer being available for viewing.

So that is great news!

Easy Ways To Do Things Blog

I attempted to do a withdrawal and it was subsequently

cancelled by admin without any explanation. 

Now they have changed the rules and are forcing a %

of funds to remain in the system. There is no provision

to withdraw for me and support does not answer my

ticket.   Totally unsatisfactory. 

I suggest you avoid this and anything else they may present.

I joined this some time ago, but did not update anyone on it.  I keep getting updates from Mike. so I am presenting that now. See the report below, so says Mike.  Just so you know.

Update:

I have added my last post back here plus the special page I set up for ZeekRewards.  

This may be temporary.  I don’t know.  I did remove many pages and posts…see below for the reason.  I am waiting for someone to  get back to me.

So I will remain positive, as I usually choose to be, that something good will come of this and I will be able to resume developing this business. .

After careful consideration and several meetings with our legal teams it has been decided that no independent marketing materials are allowed to be used for the time being, until some of the pitfalls can be managed..  We are currently in production of a power point presentation that can be used for webinars and are wide open to your suggestions for specific company-produced materials. If you have any suggested materials you feel are necessary – please comment on this post Site Name Removed To Ensure Compliance and we’ll add them to the list.  Please remove all youtube videos and independent materials immediately.

I have spent hours, days, weeks, and many months building this business and to ensure I am in compliance and providing information for my downline so I am hugely disappointed with this turn of events.

It is sites such as this that has helped make this business thrive.

In any case, what can I do. I will be going through this site and removing all my pages and posts.

PS Do not make comments with the name of this organization as they will be removed.  

The folks at Zeek have more news about the compliancy requirements and I have placed the link to that news on the special page set up for Zeek here on the blog. Just scroll down near the bottom of the post.

I also have submitted the blog to Zeek to have it looked over to ensure it complies and they are supposed to issue a seal for us to display. The deadline for doing so is Feb 1, 2012.

This will be a thorn in the side of some and require changes on many sites. Those of us who desire to see the integrity of this program protected, welcome these new requirements.  As it stands many sites, videos and blogs are not in compliance. This may be a pain but it is necessary.

Just google them and see what I mean. Use the search terms, Zeek, ZeekRewards, Zeek Rewards. This is a big no no, the use of terms such as compounding or interest. There are still lots of sites come up when you search “zeek compounding”.

This is a business. Get used to the correct terms and learn how to run your business properly. 

Zeek said to stop using those terms a long time ago.

Lets make sure this is not happening folks. I am supremely happy with this program and want to see it continue on for a very long time.  So shape up and get compliant is what I strongly suggest.

Sure that may be a bit of strong language and there is nothing personal here, I just want all of us to help each other keep this great program moving along smoothly. That is the important reason for all of this.

On another note, some of the ads are being rewritten to ensure they too comply. Good thing, this has been needed for some time, IMO.
